Initial & yearly adult assessments require 60-90 minutes. During the assessment, we review your health records, perform an in-depth physical exam with strength/balance testing, and develop a plan to optimize your individual wellness.
Detailed Lab/Imaging/ECG testing/Bedside Ultrasound with a focus on Metabolic Health, Cardiovascular Health, Stability, and Inflammation.
Receive a step-by-step wellness plan customized to your individual health goals.
Scheduled Office evaluation every 6 months, with virtual check-in during alternate quarters—keeping your wellness plan on track year-round.

No. We do not accept any form of health insurance as payment for our membership. Memberships are paid out-of-pocket by our members.

Yes, we do! Dr. Grettel is an experienced and compassionate pediatrician dedicated to caring for children of all ages. She focuses on preventive care and takes a family-centered approach to ensure each child receives personalized and attentive healthcare.
At this point, we do not offer ongoing women’s services such as regular Pap smears or gynecologic exams and procedures. However, any acute medical condition can certainly be evaluated, and recommendations can be discussed.
