EvolveMD members enroll in a one-year membership that provides unlimited access to our concierge physicians and comprehensive services. Membership includes all clinic visits, ECGs, Ultrasounds, all acute care treatments, and point-of-care testing (such as Strep, Influenza, and COVID) performed in the office. Our team will also coordinate any outpatient specialty referrals. Please note that all laboratory and imaging services will be performed at external facilities and will be paid for by the member, either through their health insurance or out-of-pocket payment.

Yes, we do! Dr. Grettel is an experienced and compassionate pediatrician dedicated to caring for children of all ages. She focuses on preventive care and takes a family-centered approach to ensure each child receives personalized and attentive healthcare.
At this point, we do not offer ongoing women’s services such as regular Pap smears or gynecologic exams and procedures. However, any acute medical condition can certainly be evaluated, and recommendations can be discussed.
